How It Works

Help support MAEVE SLO County North this year while having a little pink flamingo fun! Make a donation to send a flock of pink flamingos to your friends', family members', or neighbors' front yard! The recipient will then have the opportunity to choose the next house (by paying a suggested donation fee of $20). The recipient is not required to make a donation. The flock will be moved to the next house after a few days regardless of a donation.

Flock Insurance

Protect your lawn from the flocks! We now offer flocking insurance for a suggested donation of $10.

Adopt a Flamingo

Adopt a flamingo to keep or give as a gift! Suggested donation of $10. Includes a certificate of adoption. For every flamingo adopted we will donate $2 to Parents For Joy to help them build their inclusive splash pad!

MAEVE SLO County North is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. Your donation supports the non-profit mission of our chapter, community initiatives, and charitable services.

*Example of the note your flock recipient will receive.*

*Pink Flamingos are property of MAEVE SLO County North. They will be placed and removed by MAEVE SLO County North. Flocks will stay on the lawn less than a week before they migrate to another yard.
